Local Information
There are three general stores on Westray. Two are in Pierowall village and there is one in the south at Skelwick.
The swimming pool at the school in Pierowall is open to the public. Ask at the hotel or check the notices in the shop windows for opening times.
Petrol and diesel are both available at Rendall’s general store in Pierowall and petrol only is available at Millers general store in Skelwick.
There is a Post Office in JC Tulloch’s general store in Pierowall, and a sub Post Office in Millers general store in Skelwick.
